The Joy of Water Boiling (JOW) is a guide for cooking of classic, modern, and contemporary dishes in the water boiler. 100 vegan, vegetarian and contemporary recipes - from scrambled eggs, couscous, lentils, rice, asparagus, and potatoes to soups, salads, various main courses, up to desserts, drinks, and cocktails - all these will be presented in this book. This book offers the possibility of a flexible kitchen which is low in costs, both functional and economical. The recipes in this book are presented by the ambitious Austrian cook Christina Scheffenacker. The original idea to this book came from the Berlin based author Thomas Götz von Aust.
